RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at byforever.store@gmail.com. Please note that our return address is not publicly available. The correct return address and detailed return instructions will be provided only after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Custom products, including personalized or made to order items
  • Personal care goods such as beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

In addition, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a request.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return of the original item. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
