Multiple Shipping Addresses

For security and logistical reasons, we can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at byforever.store@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms that the package was lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Marked as delivered but not received: Please first check with household members or neighbors and contact the shipping carrier. We will assist you in initiating an investigation if necessary.
